Doors open at 1615 on afternoon sessions and 1845 on evening sessions, and there is no guarantee that children will be admitted before these times.  The only exception to this rule is that children bringing computer equipment are usually allowed in up to ten minutes early so that they can set up their computer before the start of the club.

There are usually at least ten computers set up in three rooms of Michael’s house, and sometimes as many as fifteen.  Children are free to roam around the machines and play the games that most interest them.  There are usually enough computers for everyone to be playing a game throughout the evening, but on busy clubnights everyone may have to spend a small portion of their time waiting for a computer to become free.  There is always someone around to ask about changing a game: look for Michael, Ryan or Gavin.

Sometimes there are mini-competitions with a chocolate bar prize for the highest score of the evening.

Members attending the afternoon session should leave no later than 1845, and evening sessions members should leave by 2115.

If one of the two sessions begins to become very crowded it may be worth trying the other session next time as this may be quieter.
