Any eligible child who wishes to attend clubnights may do so subject to space being available and the child behaving well. We usually have no problem taking new children between April and September, but there may be a waiting list during the winter months. We need to know the name, age, address and telephone number of every child who attends the club, so an enrolment form must be completed for every new child. Once a child has been allowed to attend a clubnight he or she is termed an associate member. When a child has attended twenty clubnights, he or she becomes a full member and is awarded a standard membership certificate. Special opportunities, outlined elsewhere in this leaflet, are available to full members. Children who attend forty clubnights get a Silver Membership Certificate and those who attend 60 Clubnights get a Gold Membership Certificate. Sometimes, when clubnights are very popular, it may be necessary to ask some of the most recent new associate members to stay away until things get quieter: this has never happened yet, but with the club’s continuing popularity it remains a possibility. Full members will never be restricted in this way.
